Our Mission

Sharing and Celebrating the Good News of Jesus Christ so all people will know him.

Faith Lutheran Church marked 80 years of ministry in Whitehall, Ohio in 2007. Faith Lutheran is committed to worship, social ministry, education, stewardship and outreach, all vital in the life of a disciple who believes in Jesus Christ. The congregation is in the process of expanding its ministries to youth and families, for members of the congregation and members of the community.

The City of Whitehall is an area in transition, with many senior citizens and young families. The city is committed to embracing the diversity of its citizens and making Whitehall a desirable, safe city in which to live, work, raise a family and retire.

Faith Lutheran Church is a member congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). The ELCA Confession of Faith describes what we believe as a congregation and as a church body.
